And I love Paul C Bragg...do you drink ACV as well? I use the Liquid Aminos everyday and use the spice occasionally. I am not as crazy about that.

Most of my Life Nick!.... You sound like a very lucky guy to have a Mother that was so into health. I have instilled the same into mine. I am not "Vegan", but close! I live on a farm, and I grow my own foods here.... I eat organically.
