- I have two businesses. Bianca's Pantry and XanGo. Through Bianca's Pantry I provide GFCF (gluten free, casein free) foods for children and adults who are on this type of restricted diet for autism or celiac disease. I also provide cooking classes and shopping classes. The second business is XanGo. My personal experience with XanGo
Our neighbor, Alexander Bond, introduced us to XanGo. My husband and I have 4 children, 3 of whom have special needs.
