I found this on a diabetic/low glycemic site:

When baking with pure Stevia we suggest you mix 1/8 of a teaspoon with 1 cup of unsweetened apple sauce. Because stevia is 250 times sweeter than sugar you lose a lot of volume from replacing the sugar.

When recipes ask for brown sugar you can use an equal amount of Stevia with 2 tablespoons of molasses added. If you are not using the blend and need a brown sugar substitute then you can use 1 cup of unsweetened apple sauce 1/8 of a teaspoon of Stevia and 2 tablespoons of molasses.

As far as baking with it, it takes much less stevia than sugar so I you would need some substance to make up the difference in matter.

Can you purchase it in bulk packaging instead of the little packs? Also, do you know if you can bake with it?

I am so happy that you have discovered stevia.I am telling everyone about this wonderful product.The only way people can learn about it is if we tell them.The FDA prohibits stevia from being marketed as "sweet".

I have just started to use Stevia..and I really love it....i used to use splenda...gave me headaches
